About the job

A leading commercial vehicle dealership network representing several reputable heavy transport brands is seeking an energetic New Truck Sales Representative to join their team in South Western Sydney.

In this role, you will take ownership of territory development, delivering tailored transport solutions to fleets and owner-operators alike.

Role responsibilities:

- Develop new commercial opportunities across key industrial sectors
- Consult with clients on bespoke specifications, proposals, and pricing structures
- Guide each deal through from initial enquiry to final delivery
- Coordinate stock presentations and local promotional activities
- Partner with aftermarket teams to support ongoing customer satisfaction

Required skills:

- Proven sales background within heavy commercial vehicles, machinery, or capital equipment
- Sound technical knowledge of driveline specifications and transport applications




- Proactive business development and pipeline management skills
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Heavy vehicle licence or relevant mechanical trade qualification highly regarded

Previous exposure to Trucks in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as Kenworth, Volvo, Western Star, MAN, Mercedes Benz Trucks, Fuso, Iveco, Hino, Isuzu, Scania, Freightliner or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.

A rewarding package is on offer, featuring a base salary to $120,000, uncapped sales commission, a $21,000 vehicle allowance, and superannuation.
