EN-TECH Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and technically capable Project Engineer / Project Coordinator for a growing Australian technology and engineering business delivering customer-focused technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project coordination skills, advanced computer literacy and a proactive, commercially minded approach to service delivery.

You will coordinate projects, technical resources, schedules and customer requirements, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, professionally and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate projects and technical service activities from planning through to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and timelines.
- Manage customer communication, technical resources, suppliers and materials.
- Track project progress, costs, risks and outstanding actions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports and operational records.
- Support technical teams to resolve issues and deliver quality outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About You
You are organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.

Ideally, you will have:

- A degree in Electrical,



Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a relevant qualification.
- Experience in project engineering, project coordination or technical service delivery.
- Strong project management software experience — Microsoft Project preferred.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and project reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and strong commercial awareness.
- PMP certification or formal project management qualifications will be highly regarded.
