About the role

End to end property management of a tightly grouped well run apartment portfolio. The role is ideal for a property manager who likes to be both in and out of the office day to day, supported by administration, accounts and hands on business owners. The role requires the ongoing management of a contemporary portfolio of apartments with mixed demographic of landlords and tenants.

About you

- At least two years experience in property management or assistant property management roles

- Great communication, time management, attention to details, motivation & resilience

- Good understanding of tenancy & strata regulations

- Enjoy taking ownership of your role and portfolio

- Ability to work to work autonomously in a small team environment
