Our client is a small family-owned jewellery business looking for a Salesperson to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a role that values balance, maturity, and genuine fit with a close-knit group. You'll work Tuesday to Saturday (with Saturday being essential), 9am to 4.30pm daily, on a full-time or part time four-day week basis. Full-time positions are remunerated at $70,000 to $75,000. Preferred Requirements

- Proven experience selling high-ticket items and managing premium customer interactions
- Jewellery retail experience is preferred; if not,



you'll need strong transferable sales skills in luxury goods
- Mature, professional demeanour with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Reliability and flexibility to commit to a Saturday roster, with occasional willingness to accommodate family needs
- Comfortable working in a small team environment where collaboration and personal fit are valued

Preferred Qualifications

- Retail or sales qualification, or equivalent demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, or luxury goods is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of positive customer feedback
