Elements Bar & Grill is looking for a confident, creative and outgoing UGC Content Creator to become one of the faces of our brand across social media.

We’re looking for someone who can bring our dining experiences to life through authentic, engaging and entertaining content. From sizzling steaks and signature cocktails to behind-the-scenes moments, you’ll be visiting our venues, tasting our menu and sharing the Elements experience with our audience.

This isn’t just a behind-the-camera role. We want someone who is comfortable being on camera, has a great personality and can become a recognisable face of Elements Bar & Grill.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create engaging social media content across our venues in Sydney.

- Visit different Elements Bar & Grill venues regularly to experience our food, drinks and atmosphere.
- Feature in TikTok videos, Instagram Reels and other short-form social media content.
- Taste and review menu items, showcase new dishes and highlight signature experiences.
- Create fun, relatable and trend-driven content that connects with our audience.
- Be the on-camera personality representing Elements Bar & Grill across our social media platforms.
- Collaborate with our marketing team on creative ideas, promotional campaigns and content planning.
- Film, edit and produce high-quality short-form videos.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and identify opportunities to grow our online presence.

We’re looking for someone who

- Is confident,



charismatic and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Has a genuine passion for food, dining and hospitality.
- Has experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels or similar platforms.
- Understands social media trends, storytelling and what makes content engaging.
- Can film and edit videos using tools such as CapCut or similar software.
- Is creative, proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Is adaptable and able to travel between our Sydney venues.
- Has a natural, engaging personality and can connect with an audience.

Previous UGC, content creation, influencer or social media experience is highly regarded, but personality, creativity and camera presence are just as important!
