This is a high-energy role that demands mental resilience. You’ll make 150+ calls per day, engaging warm leads and booking appointments.

Success is built on continuous improvement: daily huddles, role plays, and ongoing training will sharpen your skills and push your performance forward.

Your Role:





- You will receive incoming leads through our crm system ( Warm leads )

- Using our proven high conversion script , you will call these leads and book quality appointments with our senior property strategists .

- Have a conversation, be curious , build trust and handle all objections, Confirm and re confirm time and date of appointment.

- Document everything into our CRM system.

- In office position.

What We Offer

- Base salary $80k -$95k + generous commission structure + weekly Bonus's. OTE $250k plus per year for high performers.

- Warm leads only. NO COLD CALLING.
