About the role

As part of the HVAC team in Revesby, you’ll help tradespeople and contractors access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

No trade experience? No Problem.

Your day-to-day

A typical day involves:

- Providing customer service and information about products

- Providing quotes both in person and over the phone

- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities

- Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment

- Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

- Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives

We’d love to hear from you:

- We're looking for people with career potential and a growth mindset.





- Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.

- Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.

- Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.

- Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

- Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our broader network or head office!
