Accelerate Off-Grid Touring | Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast

BLACK FRIDAY & CHRISTMAS CASUALS – IMMEDIATE START!

Casual Position | Full-Time Hours During Peak Period | Potential for Ongoing Work

Accelerate Off-Grid Touring is looking for a motivated, hands-on Dual Battery Kit Assembler to join our growing e-commerce team for the busy Black Friday and Christmas period!

For over five years, we've been designing, manufacturing and shipping premium plug-and-play dual battery kits to 4WD enthusiasts and adventurers all across Australia.

With Black Friday and Christmas fast approaching, we're gearing up for our busiest time of the year and need an extra pair of hands to help us build and prepare our kits for customers Australia-wide.

This is a casual position with full-time hours available throughout our peak trading period, an immediate start and the potential for ongoing employment for the right person.

About the Role

This is a hands-on assembly position where you'll be building our range of plug-and-play dual battery kits ready to ship directly to customers.

You'll be working alongside our energetic team in a quick-paced production environment, assembling electrical components, preparing wiring and ensuring every kit meets our quality standards.

You won't be working on customers' vehicles. Instead, you'll be focused on building high-quality products at our workshop that customers can install themselves.

No auto electrical qualifications are required! We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, is confident using tools and has great attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building and assembling plug-and-play dual battery kits for 4WDs and touring vehicles

- Preparing wiring, cables, connectors and electrical components

- Using hand and power tools to assemble products

- Following build instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency

- Carrying out quality checks on completed kits

- Preparing completed kits ready for packing and dispatch

- Keeping your work area clean, organised and efficient

- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets during our busy period

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Enjoys hands-on work and is confident using basic tools

- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their workmanship

- Can follow instructions and work efficiently

- Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic

- Enjoys working in a team environment

- Has a positive, can-do attitude and is willing to learn

- Holds a current driver's licence

- Is available to start immediately and work throughout the Black Friday and Christmas period

An interest in cars, 4WDs, camping, touring or auto electrics would be a bonus!

Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, automotive or electrical work would be highly regarded, but isn't essential. We're happy to train the right person.
