Freedom Retreads is the truck & bus tyre retreading division of the group which provides customers with a high-quality, environmentally conscious, whole-of-life tyre solutions for their vehicle fleets.

Freedom Retreads is expanding & we are recruiting Operators for full time employment with our team based in Carole Park, Qld. The role involves using manual equipment, semi-automated equipment & hand tools to inspect, test, repair, build & finish truck & bus retreads to a high standard for delivery & use on our customer’s fleets.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Sound spoken & written English

- Reliability & a good work ethic

- Physical fitness & a desire to learn new skills





- Ability to follow procedures & work effectively in a team environment.

- A driver’s licence including your own transport to/from work

- Work experience in manufacturing/medium/heavy industry

- A capacity to work occasional overtime

Desirable but not essential:

- Previous tyre manufacturing / retreading experience

- Forklift licence

- MR manual truck licence

The role is for full-time employment with a competitive hourly rate & penalty rates for overtime. A uniform is provided after a qualifying period.
