Located in Tweed Heads, we service Southeast Queensland and the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. We are seeking a dedicated, professional and well-organised Automotive Stock Controller / Administration Officer to join our friendly team in our brand-new facility.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for vehicle stock control, general administration and front-desk reception duties, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage vehicle stock control, stocktakes and inventory records.

- Coordinate vehicle ordering, receipting, dispatching and stock movements.

- Assist with vehicle administration, registrations and associated documentation.

- Morning Reception coverage

- Welcome customers and visitors, providing a professional and friendly first point of contact.

- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and respond to general enquiries.

- Manage customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.

- Provide general administrative support to the dealership team.

- Assist with pricing, stock enquiries and product information.





- Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

- Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

- Previous experience in automotive stock control, dealership administration or reception is highly regarded.

- NSW and/or Queensland registration officer qualifications are advantageous.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Professional telephone manner and a welcoming approach to customers.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Intermediate computer skills; experience with ERA dealership software is desirable.

- Knowledge of motor dealership systems and the automotive industry is an advantage.

- Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and work effectively within a team.
