The Opportunity:

Join Visy's Beverage Can manufacturing team in Yatala as a Plant Accountant and become a trusted finance partner to site leadership. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll provide financial insight, analysis and commercial support to drive plant performance, profitability and continuous improvement in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, translating data into actionable business insights.
- Own month-end accounting activities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes across the business.
- Analyse financial and operational performance, providing insights on key drivers, risks and opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with operational stakeholders to drive productivity, cost optimisation and financial outcomes.
- Ensure robust financial controls, governance and compliance across all areas of responsibility.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency and support business growth.

What you’ll bring:

- CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
- Experience in a Plant, Management or Commercial Accounting role.
- Background within manufacturing, FMCG or a complex operational environment.




- Robust SAP skills; Hyperion and Essbase experience is advantageous.
- Commercially minded with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
- Proactive, organised and resilient, with a continuous improvement mindset.
