Now we're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team based at our Geelong display. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional with a passion for residential housing to work with a leading builder and help customers turn their dream home into a reality.

About The Role

- Guide customers through their new home journey from initial enquiry through to sale.

- Showcase Glenvill homes and help clients find the right design to suit their needs and lifestyle.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation and follow-up.

- Accurately capture and manage customer and lead information within company systems.

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales process.

- Work closely with internal Sales Coordinators and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives.





- Represent the Glenvill brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at our Geelong display location.

About You

- Proven experience in residential New Home Sales, Display Home Sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust.

- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive customer experiences.

- Highly motivated, self-driven and results focused.

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.

- A collaborative team player who values integrity, professionalism and accountability.

- Available to work weekends and public holidays as required.
