With over 40 team-building and workplace experiences, an established national brand and a mission to get one million people playing by 2030, we're looking for an entrepreneurial, people-focused individual to lead and grow our Queensland operation.

This isn't a traditional salaried job. It's an chance to operate within an established business model, build strong client relationships and grow a territory through your own initiative, backed by a national team.

The opportunity

You'll be the face of Corporate Challenge Events in Queensland, responsible for both growing the business and delivering exceptional experiences.

Your focus will include:

- Developing new business through client relationships, referrals and partnerships

- Building relationships with venues, conference organisers and corporate decision-makers

- Reconnecting with existing clients and generating repeat business

- Responding to enquiries, preparing proposals and converting opportunities into bookings

- Planning, coordinating and facilitating team-building experiences

- Managing your territory in line with CCE's established systems, processes and service standards

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, builds relationships and turns opportunities into results.

You'll ideally bring:

- A proactive approach to sales, business development and relationship management

- Confidence presenting, communicating and engaging with corporate clients

- Strong organisation, time management and follow-through

- The ability to work independently within established business systems

- A willingness to get out into the market, meet people and create opportunities

- Energy, creativity and confidence facilitating group experiences

- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Experience in sales, events, HR, hospitality, education, sport or leadership would be valuable.

But more importantly, we're looking for someone with initiative, commercial drive and a genuine belief in the power of bringing people together.

The business model

This is an independent licence opportunity, not a salaried employment position.

The licence operates under an established commission and event-delivery remuneration structure. CCE provides the brand, programs, systems, training and head office support, while you take responsibility for developing relationships, generating business and growing the Queensland territory.
