The Opportunity

- Manage a diverse portfolio of SME businesses, HNWIs, family groups, franchise groups and larger corporate clients.
- Work with established businesses typically turning over $10m–$15m, alongside larger investment groups with substantial portfolios.
- Take ownership of client relationships, from day-to-day queries through to year-end accounts, tax compliance and business advisory.
- Gain exposure to tax planning, business structuring and more complex commercial matters beyond standard compliance.
- Work closely with experienced, approachable Partners who will support your technical development and help you progress towards a future Manager role.
- Enjoy the autonomy to manage your workload while developing your commercial and client management skills.

About You

- CA/CPA qualified or nearing completion.
- Experience in business services within a public practice accounting firm.
- Confident managing a portfolio and building strong client relationships.
- Strong technical knowledge across financial statements, tax returns and compliance.
- Keen to develop commercially, take on greater responsibility and work towards the next stage of your career.
