Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver looking for stable hours and ongoing work? Join a well-established fertiliser and agricultural products company in Laverton North, where you'll play a key role in supporting production operations within a busy manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is safety-focused, reliable, and confident operating a forklift with a grab attachment.

About the Role
Working within the production facility, your duties will include:

- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
- Using a grab attachment to move and handle product
- Moving stock throughout the production and warehouse areas
- Placing drums into heated baths to melt product contents




- Transporting melted materials to production for downpacking
- Assisting with production support activities as required
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven Counterbalance Forklift experience
- Experience using a grab attachment (essential)
- Previous experience working in manufacturing or production environments
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Reliable transport and excellent work ethic
- Ability to work in an environment where fertiliser and agricultural product odours are present
