We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in international freight forwarding or customer service in the logistics industry. for managing and developing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. The Key Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives and provide solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for growth and upsell products and services to clients
- Provide customer reports aligned to their needs and requirements
- Immediate response for a resolution to queries, freight bookings/orders an enquiries
- Ensure billing is completed in a timely manner and correctly
- Stay updated with international shipping regulations, changes to service and trade agreements
Qualifications:
- - Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Cargowise software
