About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, build a strong team culture and ensure every customer has a great experience. You’ll be supported to run a high-performing restaurant while developing your leadership career with a fast-growing brand.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver great food, service and team performance

- Recruit, train, coach and support your team

- Drive a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and customer experience

- Manage rosters, performance reviews and employee matters





- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness

- Oversee stock ordering, cash handling, banking, payroll and general administration

- Uphold workplace health, safety and security standards

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience you'll have/be:

- Experience in restaurant or hospitality management

- Full Permanent Australian working rights or be a permanent resident

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to bring out the best in a team

- A passion for customer service and creating a excellent team culture

- A hands-on approach and confidence working in a fast-paced environment

- Alignment with Zambrero’s values and purpose-led mission
