About the role:

Join our payroll team on a 1-year fixed term contract and play a critical role in ensuring employees across our aged care services are paid accurately, compliantly and on time.

You will support end-to-end payroll operations, maintain payroll and roster integrity, and provide responsive support to employees across the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to apply your payroll expertise in a purpose-driven environment where your work directly supports those delivering care to older Australians. In this role, you will:

- Process payroll accurately and within required timeframes across the organisation
- Ensure employee pay rates, deductions, superannuation and termination payments are calculated correctly
- Maintain payroll records and support payroll compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and maintain roster data to ensure accurate labour costing and workforce reporting
- Interpret Awards,



Enterprise Agreements and employment conditions to support payroll accuracy
- Respond to employee payroll enquiries in a timely, qualified and customer-focused manner
- Prepare payroll-related reporting, accruals and data required for statutory and organisational obligations

- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, taxation and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements confidently
- Experience managing payroll records, deductions, superannuation and employee variations
- Ability to maintain payroll and roster data integrity in a complex workforce environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving payroll enquiries effectively
- Experience within aged care, healthcare or similarly regulated sectors is highly regarded
- A track record of improving accuracy, compliance and service delivery outcomes

- A current Working With Children Check card
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
