As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Owners Corporation Manager to join our team and play an important role in the next stage of our business.

About the Role

This is a senior, client-facing position suited to someone who has a thorough understanding of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 (Vic) and can confidently manage a complex portfolio with minimal supervision.

You’ll manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use Owners Corporations, build trusted relationships with Committees and owners, and take ownership of governance, financial management and operational outcomes. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems, processes and client experience as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use Owners Corporations, ensuring compliance with the Owners Corporations Act 2006 (Vic) and Owners Corporations Regulations 2018.

- Prepare for and chair Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings and Committee Meetings.

- Manage budgets, levy administration,



financial reporting and arrears processes.

- Coordinate maintenance, contractor performance, insurance renewals, compliance obligations and capital works planning.

- Provide clear, practical advice to Committees and lot owners on governance, legislation and dispute resolution.

- Liaise with contractors, insurers, auditors and legal advisers to achieve positive outcomes for clients.

- Build strong, long-term relationships with Committees through proactive communication and professional service.

- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, service delivery and client experience.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

You will have:

- A minimum of five years’ experience in Owners Corporation or Strata Management, including managing complex portfolios.

- Strong working knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 (Vic) and Owners Corporations Regulations 2018.

- Confidence in chairing meetings and managing challenging conversations professionally.

- Strong financial literacy, including budgeting, levy management and arrears processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- The ability to prioritise competing demands while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.





- A collaborative approach and a genuine willingness to support and mentor others.

- A current Victorian Driver Licence and access to your own vehicle for site visits.
