We are a long-established Caloundra-based manufacturer seeking a Production Team Member to assist with product assembly and other manufacturing tasks as required.

Key responsibilities

- Perform product assembly and finishing tasks to a high standard

- Prepare plastic parts for the metallising process

- Check completed metallised products to ensure a high-quality finish

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment

- Follow production procedures, equipment operating instructions and safety requirements

- Manage time effectively and plan, organise and monitor the completion of assigned tasks

- Assist with other manufacturing and production tasks as required

About you

- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

- Ability to work effectively in a physically active and fast-paced environment

- Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing requirements

- Positive communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team





- Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment

- Ability to follow equipment operating and maintenance procedures

- Strong focus on workplace health and safety

- Team player, eager to learn a variety of skills and reliable on a day-to-day basis

- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not necessary

The position will be casual initially, with the possibility of full-time employment being offered to the right applicant.
