About the role

This is a CFO role with an established aged care and retirement living provider entering an ambitious new chapter with a $200 million redevelopment planned over the next five years. You will shape financial strategy, feasibility, funding and investment decisions for the redevelopment, guide financial performance and governance for the $30M operating business, and serve as trusted financial adviser to the Board. You will lead the Audit and Risk Committee and have a broad executive remit including finance, property, asset management and outsourced IT relationships. You will join an established, capable finance team with mature financial processes.

About you

- CA or CPA qualifications
- Essential aged care experience in residential aged care, retirement living or home care
- Strong strategic and operational finance leadership, governance and commercial judgement
- Experience in capital investment, financial modelling and funding arrangements
- Confidence to influence, communicate and challenge constructively
- Energy, resourcefulness and genuine willingness to get involved
