? About the role

Country Kids Noosa is looking for Certificate III and Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team in permanent positions working within our 3–5-year-old rooms.

We're looking for educators who genuinely love this age group – the big imaginations, endless questions, growing independence, friendships, creativity and all the wonderful learning that happens in the years before school.

You'll become part of our regular Noosa team, with consistent contracted hours and the chance to really get to know your children, families and fellow educators.

? What the role looks like

Working alongside our educators, Early Childhood Teacher and leadership team, you'll help create a warm, engaging and play-based environment for our 3–5-year-olds.

We want our children to experience genuine childhood – opportunities to explore, create, investigate, get outdoors, build friendships, develop independence and learn through meaningful play.

You'll be encouraged to bring your own strengths, interests and ideas to the room while working collaboratively with the wider team.

Key responsibilities

- Create meaningful, engaging and play-based learning experiences for children aged 3–5 years

- Build genuine, respectful relationships with children and their families

- Work collaboratively with our Early Childhood Teacher, educators and leadership team

- Contribute to children's learning documentation, observations and planning

- Create environments that encourage curiosity, creativity, independence and exploration





- Support children's social and emotional development and growing independence

- Actively supervise children and understand that safeguarding is everyone's responsibility

- Communicate openly and professionally with children, families and colleagues

- Contribute positively to the culture of the room and wider service

- Participate in reflective practice, professional development and continuous improvement

? About you

We'd love to hear from you if you:

- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent

- Hold a current Working with Children Blue Card

- Have a genuine passion for working with children aged 3–5 years

- Believe children learn through play, relationships, exploration and meaningful experiences

- Are warm, reliable and genuinely enjoy being with children

- Value teamwork and positive relationships

- Enjoy contributing ideas and being actively involved in your room

- Understand the importance of child safety, active supervision and safeguarding

- Communicate openly and professionally with children, families and colleagues

- Want to be part of a team rather than simply come to work and do a shift
