We're looking for an experienced Store Manager with fresh energy, strong commercial acumen and a genuine passion for people. This is a unique opportunity to lead a new store opening, build a high-performing team from the ground up and bring one of the world's most loved fragrance and body care brands to life.

As Store Manager, you'll make a difference by:

You'll play a pivotal role in launching and establishing our newest Bath & Body Works location. Your leadership will connect every part of the store, from developing your team and delivering exceptional customer experiences to driving sales performance and operational excellence.

You'll be visible on the shop floor, coaching through real customer interactions, sharing product knowledge and creating an workplace that captures the energy, excitement and sensory experience of the Bath & Body Works brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving store sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance.

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team.

• Delivering an exceptional and engaging customer experience centred around fragrance, body care and gifting.

• Creating a strong selling culture through product knowledge, coaching and meaningful customer connections.





• Helping customers discover their next favourite fragrance, body care routine or perfect gift.

• Managing rostering, labour productivity and workforce planning.

• Recruiting, onboarding, training and retaining great talent.

• Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards and bringing seasonal campaigns and product launches to life.

• Managing stock, inventory, loss prevention and operational compliance.

• Using store performance data to identify opportunities and drive measurable results.

• Building a positive, inclusive and accountable team culture.

• Leading the store through peak trading periods, promotional events, new product launches and key brand moments.

• Partnering with State, Brand and Support Office teams to deliver outstanding business outcomes.

What you'll bring

We are looking for an experienced retail leader who can combine strong people leadership with commercial performance.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Current or recent Store Manager experience.

• Experience within fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, premium or customer-focused specialty retail.

• A proven ability to drive sales and retail KPIs.

• Strong coaching and team-development capability.

• Confidence managing performance and setting clear expectations.

• Strong operational, stock management and loss prevention skills.

• Experience managing rosters, labour and retail productivity.

• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the shop floor.





• A genuine passion for customer experience, fragrance and the Bath & Body Works brand.

• Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.
