- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site labourers and tradespeople.
- Assist site supervisors with planning and allocating daily tasks.
- Perform dogging duties, including slinging loads and directing crane operators.
- Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures.
- Lead by example and assist with hands-on site duties.
- Monitor site productivity, quality and project progress.
- Conduct pre-start meetings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and site safety requirements.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, contractors and team members.
- Maintain a protected, organised and productive work environment.
