As the Injury Management & Return to Work Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting injured employees through their recovery journey while ensuring compliance with workers compensation and return-to-work obligation

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing effective return-to-work plans
- Liaising with employees, leaders, insurers, rehabilitation providers and medical practitioners
- Supporting workplace investigations and injury prevention initiatives
- Monitoring legislative compliance and promoting positive recovery outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to reduce workplace risk and improve return-to-work processes

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in injury management, workers compensation and return-to-work coordination
- Strong knowledge of relevant workplace injury and return-to-work legislation
- Experience working with insurers, rehabilitation providers and medical professionals




- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively
- A proactive, solutions-focused and people-centred approach
