About The Role

This role offers a rare and meaningful opportunity to make a real and lasting impact in aged care contributing directly to resident wellbeing through comprehensive assessments, care planning, and ongoing case management. It is a chance to combine clinical expertise with compassionate care in a values-driven environment where your work is both respected and deeply valued.

As an experienced Registered Nurse, you will deliver person-centred care through comprehensive clinical assessments, individualised care planning and ongoing evaluation of residents’ needs. Working closely with the care management team, you will guide and support care staff, respond to changing clinical needs and ensure care meets legislative requirements, professional standards and Goodwin’s policies.

Requirements

- Professional qualifications and current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.

Please note: We are seeking candidates with more than two years’ experience working as a Registered Nurse in an Australian healthcare setting.

Essential Skills

- Experience in the delivery of care outcomes for older people.
- Capacity to manage clinical outcomes in a professional manner.
- Strong knowledge of wound care, continence and falls management.
- Experience in palliative care.
- Solid communication skills.

Desirable Skills

- Knowledge of advance care planning.
- Additional specialty qualifications appropriate to the position.
