A rare and exciting opportunity at Accor’s Iconic MGallery by Sofitel Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains, located just 90 minutes west of Sydney has become available. We are currently seeking a Grounds Person/ Gardener to join our team.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Grounds Person/ Gardener to join our maintenance team and work on maintaining and improving the landscape around this stunning resort.

Your day to day tasks will be varied and include:

- Maintaining and improving the gardens and outside areas of the resort to ensure the area is well maintained and presentable for our guests at all times
- Carry out regular inspections of the gardens and surrounds in order to identify maintenance required.
- Identifying areas of improvement and development within the gardens
- Assist with other maintenance tasks as required

Your Qualities:

- Previous experience as a Gardener.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail




- A high level of personal presentation and grooming
- Available to work varied shifts
- You can work autonomously as well as within a team
- Can do attitude

About you

You will be a friendly, well presented and enthusiastic individual with a passion for the outdoors and skills in maintaining and developing garden and landscape areas.

Horticulture qualifications are not required but would be an advantage

You will also be adaptable with your working hours around operational requirements
