ABOUT THE POSITION.

Work hand-in-hand with your Director/Associate to shape the design of large-scale multi-residential projects, from early concept through to delivery. You’ll bring strong design thinking to every stage, refine the architectural vision, and coordinate consultants and subcontractors to make sure design intent carries through to delivery.

DUTIES.

- Prepare feasibility studies
- Contribute to competitions and initial design concepts
- Meeting with clients and managing their expectations
- Generate documentation following BCA
- Coordinate structural and mechanical consultants

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

- Revit proficiency is key!
- Experience on complex, large-scale projects
- Minimum 4 years of local experience
