About the Role
GP Discount Pharmacy is seeking a reliable and patient-focused pharmacist to join our independent community pharmacy team in High Wycombe.
This is a permanent part time position suited to a pharmacist who enjoys dispensing, patient counselling and working as part of a supportive team.
The primary focus is on safe, accurate dispensing and efficient dispensary operations, with opportunities to assist with clinical services such as vaccinations and MedsChecks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, accurate and efficient dispensing services.
- Counsel patients on their medications and respond to medication-related enquiries.
- Support the day-to-day running of the dispensary and maintain an organised workflow.
- Assist with vaccinations, MedsChecks and other clinical pharmacy services as required.
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to deliver quality patient care.
What We Offer
- $50–$58 per hour for weekday shifts, depending on experience and expertise.
- Higher hourly rates for weekend shifts, negotiable based on experience and the agreed roster.
- Permanent part-time employment with regular, predictable hours.

Hours and Availability
- Approximately 22 hours per week, with the final roster negotiable.
- Weekday shifts on Mondays and Fridays.
- Sunday availability preferred; Saturday availability will also be considered.
- We are happy to discuss a suitable roster with the right candidate.
About You
- Current registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
- Strong dispensing accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and patient counselling skills.
- A reliable, professional and patient-centred approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to assist with vaccinations and MedsChecks where required.
