JA Recruitment is working with an established Gold Coast agency looking for an experienced Property Management BDM.

The agency gives you the support and resources to bring in new business, including a dedicated VA to gather prospecting data, a generous marketing budget and regular BDM training.

You’ll also have time to learn the business before being expected to deliver results. The first three months focus on understanding the agency, its services and the team you’re representing, without pressure to hit targets. KPI tracking starts from month three.

The role





- Bring in new Property Management business

- Build relationships with property owners, referral partners and local businesses

- Follow up leads and convert new management opportunities

- Work with the Sales team to develop referrals

- Explain the agency’s services clearly and manage the onboarding process for new clients

About you

- At least two years’ experience in a Property Management BDM role

- A track record of securing new managements and maintaining client relationships

- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence

- Current driver’s licence and a clean driving record

- Solid communication and relationship-building skills

- Comfortable managing your own workload and taking responsibility for results
