We are currently looking for a Member Services Consultant to join us.

You will report to the Club Owner and duties include:

- Assisting with the day to day sales/reception operations of the club

- Taking prospects on tours of the gym and answering their queries

- Creating and driving the club culture by building rapport with our amazing members

- Inbound/Outbound calls

- Supporting member enquiries/helping them in-club as needed

- Cleaning duties to maintain a high club standard

- Solid sales results to drive club member growth

The successful applicant must have:

- A hands-on, positive and can-do attitude

- Exceptional time management and organisational skills

- Strong sales and customer service and interpersonal skills

- A passion for health and fitness

- Have the mindset of making our members lives better through support of their goals

- A purpose of finding out what our prospects need and providing those solutions to them

- Have a desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club





- A desire to grow with our friendly, close-knit team (PT opportunities exist for those wishing to take the next step)

- Previous sales/reception experience is advantageous but not necessary

- Current First Aid/CPR certification.

APPLICANTS MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR BOTH EVENING AND MORNING SHIFT TIMES. SATURDAY AVAILABILITY IS ALSO ADVANTAGEOUS.

Shifts are split into AM options (9:00am-12.30pm Mon-Sat) and PM options (3:30pm-7:30pm Mon-Thurs). Initially would be 2 shifts per week with scope for more in the future based on performance as well as extra cover at times. Greater availability for other shifts as well is preferrable.
