The Role

This will be a newly formed portfolio to support growth, so the size will be tailored specifically for YOU (according to your experience and desired salary level)

Backed by a team including a Strata Assistant and Strata Administrator, as well as an external team managing Maintenance, Insurance and Accounts, your day to day will include:

- Manage a portfolio of strata schemes
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Liaise with property owners, committees, and other stakeholders
- Produce and oversee budgets, expenditure and provide expert advice
- Liaise with internal Departments that support you
- Attend and facilitate strata meetings

Requirements:

- Strong Strata Management experience




- Good communication skills and excellent customer service abilities
- A Strata Certificate or License, as well as Drivers License and car
- Have the ability to work autonomously & in a professional team environment
