You’ll lead Site Managers and installation team members while managing trade capacity, operational performance, labour costs, quality, compliance and customer outcomes.

This is a practical leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, building robust relationships and finding better ways to deliver.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Lead the day-to-day installation operation, providing clear direction, priorities and accountability
• Coach, develop and support Site Managers and installation team members
• Ensure jobs are properly planned, scheduled, allocated and ready for installation
• Maintain the qualified trade capacity needed to meet current and forecast demand
• Lead trade recruitment, onboarding, allocation, performance and retention
• Monitor budgets, labour costs, productivity, quality, rework and operational performance
• Build strong relationships with trade partners while maintaining clear expectations around workmanship, reliability, safety and service
• Resolve significant customer, builder and onsite issues efficiently and commercially
• Work closely with sales, administration, warehouse, supply chain, suppliers and support teams
• Identify practical improvements to systems, reporting, communication and installation processes
• Demonstrate visible safety leadership and ensure incidents, risks and corrective actions are appropriately managed

About You

You’ll be a confident and practical leader who can balance people, customers and commercial priorities in a fast-moving operational environment.

You’ll bring:
• Experience leading installation, construction, trade-based or multi-site operational teams
• Strong people leadership, coaching and performance-management capability
• Commercial awareness, including an understanding of labour costs, productivity, quality, rework and margin
• Experience managing trade partners, contractors or labour capacity
• A strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service
• The ability to interpret operational information and use it to make sound decisions
• Strong planning, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills
• Clear and respectful communication, including the confidence to manage difficult operational conversations
• A solutions-focused approach and the ability to remain composed when priorities change
• Confidence using business systems, reporting tools and technology to improve visibility and performance

Why Join Us?
At Beaumont Tiles, you’ll have the opportunity to lead an important part of our customer and builder experience while developing a capable, accountable and safety-focused installation team.
You’ll work across the business to improve service, quality and operational performance, with the scope to introduce practical improvements that make a genuine difference.

If you’re an experienced operational leader who knows how to bring people, trades and customers together, we’d love to hear from you.
