Lead the department in developing and delivering a shared educational vision focused on quality outcomes for all students.



Promote socially just practices and maintain high expectations for student and staff performance. Engage in ongoing professional learning and build effective partnerships with students, parents, government agencies and community groups. Apply relevant legislation and departmental policies affecting students and staff within the school department.
