About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Casual Mammographer to join our friendly team at RRD Imaging Carseldine.

This position offers flexible weekday shifts and is ideal for a qualified mammographer seeking a supportive work environment with an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality diagnostic mammography examinations in accordance with clinical protocols and radiation safety standards.

- Ensure optimal image quality, appropriate positioning and patient comfort.

- Deliver compassionate, professional and patient-centred care.

- Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records.

- Work collaboratively with radiologists, radiographers, sonographers and administrative staff.





- Maintain compliance with relevant professional standards, quality assurance and radiation safety requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner (Diagnostic Radiographer).

- Relevant mammography training, competency and clinical experience.

- A current Queensland radiation use licence or eligibility to obtain one.

- Strong mammographic positioning and image-quality skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A compassionate approach to women's health and patient care.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
