We want our electricians to focus on delivering quality work, backed by the people, systems and support to do the job properly.

The role

You'll work across residential electrical service and maintenance throughout Canberra, diagnosing faults, completing repairs and installations, and helping customers make informed decisions about their homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Presenting clear options and recommending practical solutions that meet customers' needs

- Diagnosing and resolving residential electrical faults

- Completing electrical maintenance, repairs, installations and upgrades

- Identifying safety concerns and opportunities to improve customers' homes

- Managing jobs independently from diagnosis through to completion

- Delivering quality workmanship and a professional customer experience





We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with good communication and commercial awareness. You should be comfortable explaining problems, presenting options and helping customers understand the best solution for their needs, without compromising on quality or trust.

Who we're looking for

You'll be an experienced electrician who can confidently manage their work, solve problems and deliver a great customer experience without needing to be micromanaged.

You'll bring:

- Solid residential service and maintenance experience

- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

- Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail

- Confidence communicating with customers and recommending solutions

- The ability to manage your jobs, time and responsibilities

- A professional approach and a strong sense of accountability

What you'll need

- Current ACT or NSW Electrical Licence

- Relevant residential electrical experience

- Current driver's licence

- Construction Industry Card and any other relevant required licences or tickets
