- Support the construction, maintenance and improvement of visitor infrastructure, including walking tracks, roads, campgrounds, day visitor areas and other park assets.
- Engage positively with Traditional Owners, park visitors, volunteers, community groups, licensed tour operators and other stakeholders.
- Support cultural heritage protection programs and contribute to positive land management outcomes.
- Contribute to public safety, compliance and enforcement activities across the estate.
- Participate in stakeholder engagement, community education and visitor information activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver projects, operational priorities and high-quality visitor experiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery,

operational efficiency and land management outcomes.
- Participate in emergency response and recovery activities, including fire management operations, where appropriately trained.

We're seeking a motivated and adaptable team player who enjoys practical outdoor work and is passionate about caring for natural environments and serving the community.

You'll bring:

- Qualifications, skills or experience in areas such as environmental science, conservation and land management, natural resource management, outdoor education, community engagement, carpentry or a relevant trade.
- Experience delivering on-ground services, projects or operational activities as part of a team.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and respond effectively to operational challenges.
- A demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, professionalism and safe work practices.
- The ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive, respectful and inclusive team environment.
- A reliable approach to meeting deadlines, managing resources and delivering quality outcomes.
- A current Victorian Driver Licence.

Experience working in parks, public land management, conservation, natural resource management, local government or similar environments will be highly regarded.
