About the role

This is a hands-on barista position suited to someone who is confident, experienced and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume café environment. You will be a key part of our daily service, working closely with the team to deliver consistently high-quality coffee and efficient service. The role requires someone who is very confident on the machine, works quickly and can handle large volumes of coffee without compromising quality or consistency. You will need to be able to multitask, stay organised under pressure and hold your own during busy service.

About you

- Minimum 2 years' barista experience – essential

- Strong knowledge and understanding of coffee

- Proven experience working in a busy, high-volume café

- Excellent espresso and milk texturing skills





- Confidence and speed on the coffee machine

- The ability to handle large volumes of coffee efficiently

- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple orders at once

- The ability to remain calm, organised and efficient under pressure

- A strong work ethic and professional attitude

- Pride in consistency, quality and presentation
