Our Caltex Laverton VIC site is currently on the lookout for a highly motivated and positive full-time Site Manager. Reporting to the Area Business Consultant, our Site Managers are responsible for as providing a high level of customer service and shop presentation whilst maintaining a safe and harmonious workplace. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ordering, scheduling, training, supervising employees, store image, profits, all controllable expenses, labour, inventory, cash, and shortages. The Site Manager is responsible for the overall profitability of the site.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Ability to work with and lead a large and diverse team to ensure the maximum productivity, sales targets are being achieved

- Customer focused to ensure all our customer needs are meet





- Ability to work in a flexible environment with additional hours as required over a 24/7 roster pattern

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Self-driven, motivated, and be a strong decision maker

- Oversee the effective management of site operations.

- Stock control, security and loss prevention

- Ensure an extremely high level of health and safety is maintained at all times

- Ensure site merchandising standards are kept to a high standard

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience leading and developing a team

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
