The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to join the team at RPM Para Hills.

Role Responsibilities

- Repair damaged vehicle panels and structures to manufacturer and industry standards
- Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
- Straighten, realign, replace and fit vehicle panels and components
- Use specialist tools and equipment to complete high-quality repairs
- Work collaboratively with the wider production team to meet repair deadlines
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment
- Complete repairs in accordance with documented processes and procedures

- Trade qualified Panel Beater (or equivalent industry experience)
- Solid commitment to quality workmanship and safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop setting
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
