The Ville in Townsville, North Queensland, is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to lead the Casino Bars with passion and robust leadership. You will develop and mentor a team, manage service excellence, and apply commercial business acumen to support budgets and stock control.

Desirable tertiary qualifications in Hospitality or related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, and solid knowledge of drinks, food safety, and guest experience. Weekend and night shifts are required.
