Retailworld Resourcing is partnering with a Sydney-based online retailer to recruit a Head of Sales. You will lead a 20+ person sales team, shaping strategy, improving conversion and revenue, and partnering with marketing and operations to optimise the end-to-end customer journey.

You’ll report to the CFO/Director of Customer Experience and own performance metrics, KPIs and operating rhythms while delivering ambitious growth in a rapid-paced, technology-driven retail business.
