We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Architect with 12+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Playwright, modern test automation practices, CI/CD integration, and cloud-native applications. You will define the automation strategy, mentor engineering teams, and drive quality across multiple Agile delivery squads.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the enterprise test automation strategy across multiple digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish automation standards, coding guidelines, and reusable framework components.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Lead automation for Web UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Design automation solutions for cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.




- Review automation code, enforce best practices, and mentor QA Automation Engineers.
- Drive test strategy, test planning, risk assessment, and automation coverage.
- Evaluate and introduce modern testing tools and AI-driven test automation practices.
- Provide leadership in defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
- 5+ years of experience designing enterprise automation frameworks.
- Expert-level experience with Playwright.
- Experience with API automation using Playwright, REST Assured, or Postman.
- Strong understanding of modern automation architecture and framework design.
- Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments.
- Hands-on experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Git-based version control.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
