Senior Cyber Security Manager / Lead Contract & Permanent Opportunities Sydney | Hybrid Cyber Security | Leadership | Strategy | Transformation

We are seeking experienced Senior Cyber Security Managers and Leaders to connect with leading organisations across Sydney. We are particularly interested in professionals with strong experience across cyber security strategy, transformation, risk and leadership.

You will play a key role in driving cyber security strategy and transformation initiatives, working closely with senior technology and business stakeholders to strengthen security capabilities across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cyber security strategy and transformation initiatives across complex organisations
- Provide strategic advice on cyber security risks, priorities and investment
- Lead and mentor cyber security teams across technical and governance functions
- Partner with senior technology and business stakeholders to drive security outcomes
- Support the development of security strategies, roadmaps and operating models
- Provide leadership across areas including security operations,



architecture, cloud security, GRC and risk
- Assess emerging cyber threats and provide recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement across security controls, processes and capabilities
- Contribute to executive-level reporting and cyber security risk management

Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years' experience within Cyber Security, Information Security or a related discipline
- Proven experience operating at a senior management, leadership or advisory level
- Solid understanding across multiple areas of cyber security
- Demonstrated experience delivering cyber security strategy, transformation or major security initiatives
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and executives
- Experience leading teams, programs or complex security initiatives
- Strong commercial, strategic and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP or equivalent are advantageous
