? What You'll Be Doing

Forget sitting behind a desk all day! You'll be outside and hands-on, learning from experienced tradespeople while working across the racecourse grounds.

You'll get experience in

- ? Garden construction and maintenance
- ? Paving and hard landscaping
- ? Building rock and timber structures
- ? Grounds and garden maintenance
- ?️ Using tools and equipment
- ? Working safely as part of a professional team

Don't have experience? That's OK! We're looking for someone with the right attitude who is reliable, willing to learn and ready to get stuck in.

? Who We're Looking For

- Loves being outdoors
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work
- Doesn't want to sit at a desk all day
- Is reliable and keen to learn




- Is physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Wants to build a career, not just find a job
