About the role

I’m not looking for just “another apprentice.”

I’m looking for someone I can actually grow with.

This role is easy — you’ll be working closely with me, helping with my clients while we slowly start building your own clientele at the same time.

While you’re doing that, my main focus will be on you.

Training you, mentoring you, improving your strong skills, and fixing anything that needs work — step by step.

Calm environment, no chaos, no drama, no ego.

Just good energy, open-minded people, and real growth.

The goal is for you to grow into a confident, fully booked senior stylist over time.

And as you grow, everything grows with you — your confidence, your clients, and your income.

What this role looks like:





- Helping me with clients and learning in real time

- Starting to take your own clients with full support

- Building your confidence behind the chair

- Developing strong skills in colouring, styling, and overall client experience

You:

- 2nd or 3rd year apprentice

- Serious about getting better, not just “getting through”

- Open to learning, feedback, and growth

- Friendly, easy to work with, and good with people
