Join a large Queensland public sector organisation as an experienced Procurement Officer.

Your new role

This position will suit an experienced procurement qualified who is confident managing end-to-end procurement activities and working closely with project teams.Key responsibilities include:

- Managing procurement activities.
- Developing, issuing and administering RFQs and other sourcing activities.
- Preparing evaluation plans, evaluation reports, recommendations and procurement documentation.
- Drafting, reviewing and managing contract documentation.
- Providing procurement advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated procurement experience within Queensland Government, broader public sector, university, local government or a similarly regulated environment.




- Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes and procurement governance requirements.
- Experience managing RFQs, evaluations, negotiations and contract administration activities.
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
