Role Description The Account Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, you will support the team in coordinating day-to-day client activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefs, and tracking project timelines and deliverables. You will liaise with clients to respond to queries, gather requirements, and ensure a smooth flow of information between clients and internal teams.

The position involves maintaining accurate documentation, updating status reports,



assisting with presentations, and supporting project execution. You will collaborate closely with accounts, strategy and creative teams to help deliver brand initiatives on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Solid communication skills, with clear written and verbal abilities to prepare briefs, reports, and client updates.
- Account management and coordination skills to manage timelines, tasks, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to interpret client needs, review data and feedback and support strategic decision-making.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills for documentation, reporting and quality control.
- Experience in marketing, branding, or project management environments is beneficial but not essential.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Would suit recent graduate looking for an entry level position
