About the Role

We’re looking for a recent marketing / advertising graduate who has a passion for brands, marketing and events. You will assist a Project Manager/ Account Manager to deliver campaigns across Australia. You’ll be happy to work both independently and alongside the team to deliver stand out activity.

You'll have:





- Full working rights in Australia
- (Ideally, but not essential) completed a marketing degree (or similar) at university
- Some work experience (as a casual or through an internship)
- A positive and passionate approach to work
- An eagerness to learn
- A creative mindset
- A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and time-management

Role Responsibilities:

- Participate in the creation of marketing campaigns targeting 18 – 24 year olds
- Recruit teams of students to perform marketing roles across university campuses
- Motivate and support Campus Group’s network of Ambassadors to get maximum results for the brands they are representing on campus
- Assist in creation of training documents, training day agendas
- Co-present at training days
- Work with influencers & content creators
- Work with the team on set design and creative production
- Collate results and providing these to Account Manager/s for analysis
- Assist in presenting to clients where necessary
- Organise the logistics for tours and events
