Canex is rapidly growing, and we're looking for a capable Account Manager to come on board and grow with us.
The role
You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, making sure they have the right people at the right time.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client workforce needs and coordinate delivery with our recruitment and operations teams
- Oversee placements and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business
- Keep records, reporting and compliance accurate and up to date
About you
- Experience in account management, client service or a similar relationship-focused role
- Confident communicator who builds trust at all levels
- Organised, responsive and a practical problem solver
- Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
Recruitment experience, business development skills and good existing networks are an advantage but not essential. If you have the right attitude and a strong client focus, we'll teach you the industry.
